Delivery

We aim to package and dispatch all orders within 2 working days.

Please make sure that the delivery address you have entered is correct as we cannot accept responsibility if the delivery address you have provided is incorrect.

Our delivery charges are weight-based and calculated at checkout.

Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchase, however, if you wish to return your item(s), you must do so within 14 days of delivery. Please email us at millerandhunt@gmail.com to let us know. The item(s) must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging in a re-saleable condition. 

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s). Please ensure that you use a trusted shipping service and keep a receipt of your returned item(s) as we will not be able to issue a refund if your return is lost in transit, however by keeping the receipt you may be eligible to claim compensation with your chosen shipping service. 
 

Please send a copy of the email receipt and any documents that come with the parcel back with the item(s).

Once we have received your returned item(s), we will notify you and process your refund for the returned goods. Please allow up to 5 days for the refund to show in your account. Please note that we are unable to refund any shipping fees.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible after placing your order. If your order has not yet been shipped we will issue a refund, if it has already been shipped you will have to wait for it to be delivered and then follow the standard returns policy.

Damaged Goods

Although every effort is made to ensure your product arrives in pristine condition, if you’re unfortunate enough to receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of your order being delivered.

In order to help us process your return, please contact us via email: millerandhunt@gmail.com and include either the original packing slip you received with your order or a copy of your order confirmation email along with photos of the damage.

​

Once we have received these we can then process the refund. Please allow up to 5 days after we confirm the refund for it to show in your account.
